Cotton blends - what are they, why choose them, and all the perks about cotton!
A spinners DREAM! Great for beginner and advanced spinners alike.
This English Longwool breed was developed from the Border Leicester in the early 18th century.
With a staple length of 3-6 inches this fiber practically spins itself. Featuring a hearty micron count of 26 but don't let that number fool you, this fiber is buttery soft. Long curly lustrous fibers lend a finished product with drape and shine. This is a strong wool with curl and crimp. Soaks up dye brilliantly.
Microns: 26mic
Fiber Length: 85-90mm
Top/Roving Length: 4 meters per 100g
Top/Roving Width: 1 inch
