Refund policy

Returns

Only regularly priced items may be returned. Sale or discounted items are not able to be returned. Discounted sales are final.
Payments are processed at the time orders are placed. If an item is not in stock we will place it on back-order for you and ship your order as soon as the back-ordered item arrives. If you decide to cancel your order before it is shipped please call so that we may process the cancellation before the order is shipped. Orders that are placed for single items valued at over 300 dollars or highly customized items are considered special orders and cannot be cancelled once production work has begun on the order. Unless production work has started on an order, it may be cancelled for a full refund prior to shipping.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We may be able to take returns, but no longer at a full value.

You will pay return shipping yourself, you can either take the items to your local carrier of choice or we can give you a label using our prices (Which are typically cheaper)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items that have been assembled or altered in any way may not be returned. It must also be in the original packaging. You must call or email us to receive authorization to set up a return. This does count wound skeins. If you are unsure if you'll use your yarn, please do not have it wound. You can also have only one skein wound, or leave one unwound if you aren't sure if it's needed so you may return it.

If we determine that our return policy is being abused for any reason, we may need to limit you to only store credit refunds if an agreement can't be reached.

  • Bargain Bin Items
  • Sale or discounted items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, generally within 5 days.
If your initial order was under the free shipping breakpoint, we will not refund shipping on returns.

Free Shipping (if applicable)
Orders with free shipping will be sent via the most economical method. Free Shipping cannot be combined with other special offers or discounts. Orders including items that are longer than 20 inches may be subject to an additional handling fee which helps cover the cost of shipping those longer items. If you ever have any concerns about your shipping charge please contact us and we are happy to help.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, Sale items cannot be refunded or returned. Sales and Promotions apply to In-Stock Items Only. Online Sales are for Online Orders Only.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost we paid to originally ship your order will not be refunded.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Customs Duties and Taxes (If Applicable)
For international orders, you may need to pay duties/fees associated with the import of whatever is being shipped. We may offer prepaid duties if you are willing to prepay them yourself. We will let you know first generally, but if you're purchasing in another country you must be ready to pay all associated fees with the import.
