Corriedale Wool Roving

Corriedale is the workhorse of the spinning world, a Merino and Lincoln cross bred for fleece that drafts easily and wears hard. Across our range it runs a broad 20 to 32 micron with a 2 to 6 inch staple, long enough to be forgiving on a wheel or spindle and crimpy enough to hold together. It is the fiber we hand beginners first, and the one experienced spinners keep coming back to for durable outerwear yarns, felted work, and blending stock.

We carry it in combed top and carded sliver, undyed and dyed, from Ashland Bay, Ashford, and our own Paradise Fibers label. Sold by the ounce, with bulk discounts at 4 oz, 8 oz, and 16 oz, plus full 22 lb bumps on the natural shades.
