A Prickle of Cactus 2 Pattern

The Sequel in the Prickle Series featuring three new cacti- the Old Man, Peanut, and Golden Barrel with Pups. I like to use whatever yarn I have hanging out in my stash- be creative with colors because no two cacti are the same!

What You Need:

• Each cactus takes ~30 yards worsted weight yarn (I used Knit Picks Wool of the Andes in ‘Bamboo Heather’, ‘Cloud’, and ‘Pampas Heather’)
• ~30 yards white lace weight mohair/silk blend (I used Knit Picks Aloft Super Kid Mohair in ‘White’)
• Worsted weight yarn for flower
• US #3 (3.25mm) DPNs
• 3.5mm Crochet Hook
• Darning needle
• Stitch marker
• 2” terracotta pots
• Fiberfill
