Two lengths of 5/16" clear polyurethane cord, enough to redo both footmen on a Lendrum Original Double Treadle. Both come long so you trim them to your wheel.
The two sides aren't the same length. On most wheels they run about 5 1/4" and 7 1/4", so measure yours before you cut and note which came off which side.
How long they last comes down to the install. Give the screw plenty of bite into the cord. Set it too close to the tip and there isn't enough material to hold, so it'll work loose on you.
Those screws are Robertson, the Canadian square drive. It looks like a straight square bit, but the taper is different, so a square bit sits shallow and rounds the head off. Use a real Robertson if you've got one. Go slow backing the old ones out.
