Holiday Shipping and Delays

Every year, the holidays bring shipping delays but covid has created more of these than is normal. UPS is expecting at least a 4 day delay in shipments. Please take a look at this page of additional expected delays from our suppliers to see if your drop ship item that you have purchased or are considering to purchase has a delay in either production or shipping. Please contact us with any questions comments or concerns.

December 25th to January 4th - Ashford's factory and office will be closed.

January 5th to January 12th - Ashford's warehouse team will be processing and dispatching online orders.

January 13th - Business will resume as normal.

Kromski

Order by December 11, 2020 no later than 12:00p, (noon) eastern standard time to ensure you receive your Kromski item in time for Christmas.

The warehouse will be closed on November 26-29th for Thanksgiving and again on December 21-27 to spend the Christmas Holiday with their families and again on December 31st, 2020 and January 1st, 2021.

Pending any unknown complications, Schacht's updated holiday shipping schedule with last days to order by to ensure a ship date of December 2nd is below.

These dates are the final days to order certain products to ensure a ship date no later than December 2nd. You may still order after these dates, but the shipping dates will be after December 2nd.

SpinOlution update on their site:

We are experiencing some slower response times due to the impact of COVID-19 on key members of our team.

We also wish you to know that many of our team members are now unexpectedly homeschooling their children, adjusting to new routines, changes in their community, and we are following all guidelines (including minimal manufacturing staffing) for social distancing to keep our team members safe.

At this time wheels are being shipped from 4-6 weeks after order within the USA.

International orders may be significantly delayed due to each countries process.
