Our Response to Covid-19

We are currently experiencing shipping delays due to COVID-19, please keep this in mind when ordering. Many of us are operating on a 1-5 person crew in our warehouses and are working around the clock to get orders out as quickly as possible in the order that they are placed. These shipping delays are mostly impacting items that are drop shipped directly from our vendors warehouses. Especially affecting Lopi and large Wheel and Loom orders.

If your order includes the following brands it may be affected by these shipping delays: Berroco, Lang, Lopi, Ashford, Kromski, Leclerc, Urth Yarns, Feza, Brown Sheep, Cestari, and Schacht.

An Update From Paradise Fibers

From our family to yours, we extend our support and sympathy to those impacted by Covid-19. Our focus is, as always, on the safety and well being of our community, which includes all of our employees and customers.

Now more than ever, we can appreciate our close-knit family and the importance of coming together to help protect the greater good in times of need.

While this situation changes every day we are doing our part to slow the spread of the virus by complying with Washington State governor, Jay Inslee's mandates. We will remain open to serve you online and in-store until further notice and have resumed our normal hours of  being open to the public Tuesday through Saturday from 10-6 pm. For our customers and staff, masks are required in store. Our staff will be wearing masks and sanitizing their work stations and themselves regularly. If you'd prefer you can always place an order online and choose in store pickup, we will call you when your order is ready and set up a time for free curbside pickup. Enjoy free shipping on orders $100+ to Washington and Idaho. All other orders $500+ will ship for free to the rest of the contiguous U.S.
