A Staff Reflection on JoAnn Store Closures: What’s Next for Crafters

We have run out of stock for this item.
The Classic Rosewood Waves started with a theft. Agus and I saw a wooden bracelet in an Ubud shop and thought "wow" that could be a shawl pin. We bought the bracelet, took it to our wood producer and asked him to make something similar, on a smaller scale and lighter in weight so it would not pull on knitwear. Our wood workers have simple tools set-up in lean-tos and they work mostly on the floor. They have a lathe, cutting tools and a sander but I still don't know how they make the waves in this beautiful pin.
