Lykke's beautiful needles and hooks are handcrafted and assembled in a breathtaking region of Kathmandu, Nepal. To produce their needles they do not use a mechanized production process. Instead, their needles are skillfully and gracefully made using skilled Nepalese craftspeople. As global demand has steadily increased for their products, this organization of experienced tradesmen is increasing too, which has led to rapid growth and an even larger team.
Purchasing Lykke needles directly helps and uplifts the local Nepalese people. Revenue from the sale of Lykke products also serves to Make Happy in that community through varied benefit programs for the workers, their children, and the community.
