Juniper Moon Sommer Sleeveless Top Kit - 16 Sloop / XS is backordered and will ship as soon as it is back in stock.
Sommer Sleeveless Top is a summery pattern by Mari Chiba. This sleeveless top has an easy fit that is just right for warm summer weather. The pattern is worked from the bottom up in a combination of stockinette and reverse stockinette stitch with a little bit of garter stitch. The yarn for this pattern is Juniper Moon Farm Zooey DK. It has a rustic thick and thin texture that produces a nice drape for this summery top. The fiber content is 60% cotton and 40% linen.
This pattern is available in 7 different sizes: XS (S, M, L, 1X, 2X, 3X) (Shown in size XS).
Kit includes: One digital copy of the Sommer Pattern (if you need a printed copy please let us know in your order notes and we will print it out for you) and the pattern recommended number of skeins of Zooey yarn.
Finished measurements are:
Bust: 30 1⁄4 (34 1⁄4, 38 1⁄4, 42 1⁄4, 46 1⁄4, 50 1⁄4, 54 1⁄4)” / 77 (87, 97.5, 108, 118, 128, 138) cm.
Length: 22 (22 1⁄2, 23 1⁄2, 24, 25, 25 1⁄2, 26 1⁄2)” / 56 (57, 60, 61, 64, 65, 67) cm.
The recommended needles are: US 5 (3.76 mm) 24inches (61 cm) circular needle and US 5 (3.75 mm) double-pointed needles or Size F (3.75 mm) crochet hook for neckline and armhole finishing or whatever size needles needed to obtain gauge. The gauge for this project is 20 stitches and 28 rows over 4 inches.
In addition to needles you will also need a tapestry needle, stitch markers in 2 colors, removable stitch markers, and scrap yarn/ stitch holder.
NOTE: It is important to swatch for this sweater as the yarn grows after being washed. Try hanging your swatch overnight to account for any stretch in the yarn.
