Brittany Coast Cowl is cast on at the neck edge and is knit top down. The cowl is knit flat and then joined in the round using either a three-needle bind-off or a sewn seam.
The cowl is easily adjustable in depth and the lace is simple but interesting.
This pattern contains both charts and written instructions.
