Granny squares are a classic crochet favorite,  and the perfect way to learn the basics!
In this single-session beginner class, you’ll learn how to make a traditional granny square, one of the most versatile crochet motifs. Whether you want to make blankets, bags, or colorful patchwork projects, it all starts here!

Class Date/Time: March 21st at 1pm

In this class, you’ll learn:

  • How to hold your hook and yarn comfortably

  • How to make a slip knot, chain, and double crochet

  • How to work in the round

  • How to finish your square and weave in ends

No experience needed, we’ll start from the very beginning, and you’ll leave with your first finished granny square and the confidence to keep going!

Skill Level: Absolute Beginner, no crochet experience required.
Supplies Needed: Worsted-weight yarn, size J crochet hook, tapestry needle, and scissors.
