After the Rain is a sweater designed by Heidi Kirmaier. This simple sweater is perfect for those breezy spring and summer days. It is knit top-down seamlessly so you can try your sweater on as you knit for the perfect fit. The sweater is meant to be worn with positive ease but the pattern has some waist shaping to flatter your body. With 9 sizes this will fit a wide range of bodies.
This sweater will fly off your needles - perfect in time for summer! The pattern is written for size US 4 (3.5mm) and US 3 (3.25mm) at a gauge of 22 stitches and 30 rows over 4 inches in stockinette stitch or whatever size needed to achieve this gauge.Â
The finished bust measurements are (in inches): XS (32 1/4), S1 (34 1/14), S2 (36 1/2), M1 (38 1/2), M2 (41 1/2), L1 (43 1/2), L2(45 3/4), XL (48 3/4), XXL (52 1/4).
