Nine SpinOlution models sit on seven listings here, because the Bee page holds the King, Queen and Worker together. Every one is built to order and takes two to six weeks, so the thing worth getting right is the configuration rather than the checkout speed. We keep a Monarch, a Pollywog and an Echo on the floor in Spokane if you'd rather decide with your hands.

Which Wheel Suits You

It comes down to flyer capacity and how you sit. The Pollywog is the lightest at 8 to 9 lb and takes a 4 oz or 12 oz flyer. The Echo is the flexible middle, 4 to 32 oz. The Monarch is built for long sessions and big skeins. The Firefly is battery powered with a 14 hour runtime. The Bullfrog folds sideways and takes an 8 or 16 oz flyer. The Bee family and the Hopper are the travel wheels.

Flyer Heads That Carry Across

The Echo, Monarch and Firefly share flyer heads, so a head bought for one fits the other two. If you start on an Echo and add a Monarch later, you aren't rebuilding a flyer collection. The Pollywog, Hopper and Bee family use wheel-specific flyers, and that catches people out.
