A plain oatmeal cream base carrying dusty mauve pink and golden amber nepps, with a fine peppering of near black specks. The base is undyed, so the flecks are the whole color story and they read sharply against it.
This is the lighter half of the pair. Rhubarb Crumble Indulgent puts violet and gold nepps on a coral peach base instead, so the color moves into the wool itself and the flecks sit closer in tone.
Spun on its own this gives a cream yarn with confetti through it. Spin both and ply them together for a marl that moves between cream and peach.
