Details
These cables fit ChiaoGoo tips with the Small join. Which US sizes that covers depends on your tip length.
| Your tips | Small cable fits |
|---|---|
| 4 and 5 in tips | US 2 to 8 |
| 2 and 3 in tips (Shorties, 3 in lace) | US 4 to 8 |
US 2, 2.5 and 3 are the only sizes that switch. They're Small on 4 and 5 in tips and Mini on 2 and 3 in tips, so short tips in those sizes go on Mini TWIST Red cables. For US 9 to 15, choose Large TWIST Red cables.
Length is the cable only. The finished circular is the cable plus both tips.
- A 22 in cable makes a 32 in circular with 5 in tips, or 30 in with 4 in tips.
- An 8 in cable is for 4 in tips, where it makes a 16 in circular.
Only the join letter has to match. Small TWIST, SPIN and Forté tips all fit this cable, and the same tips fit Small SWIV360 swivel cables too.
TWIST Red cables are memory-free, multi-strand steel coated in red nylon, with a lifeline hole at each end. Put the T-shaped tightening key through the lifeline hole to secure each tip.
A Small connector or end stopper joins two cables into a longer one or holds your stitches with the tips off. The Large Tips on Small Cables adapter puts US 9 to 15 tips on this cable.
