Understory Salve is built on lanolin – deeply conditioning, skin-compatible ingredient that restores softness, seals in moisture, and keeps skin resilient through repeated exposure to weather, water, and work. Around that lanolin foundation, we layer calendula- and dandelion-infused oils for calm, grounded support, along with a blend of rich plant oils and butters that soften and replenish. The result is a salve that absorbs slowly, stays where you need it, and leaves skin flexible, not greasy.
