A printed leaflet containing the patterns for the "Sia" hat and scarf set. Keep the winter weather at bay with this fluffy and sparkly winter set. The hat is knit in the round with basic ribbing and stockinette stitch, and the scarf is knit flat in garter stitch with short row shaping. These patterns were designed by Jody Long, especially for his Glam Haze yarn line. Glam Haze is a wonderfully light and lofty bulky weight yarn with a sparkly metallic core and a wonderful alpaca-mohair halo.
These patterns are recommended for advanced beginner to intermediate knitters due to knitting in the round and short rows being required to complete the set.
The Sia hat pattern is available in sizes:
S (M, L)
The Sia hat will fit heads with circumferences of:
16 (18, 20) inches
47 (51, 54) centimeters
The Sia scarf size:
Approximately 7 inches (18 cm) wide and 67 inches (170 cm) long.
Yarn needed:
Jody Long Glam Haze
For Sia Hat: 1 (1, 1) ball
For Sia Scarf: 4 balls
Shown in Citrine 013.
