We love Drea Renee Knits patterns, and KOKON BLEU is the perfect yarn for the beautiful Framed colorwork sweater!
While the original pattern calls for three colors, our version uses two. We paired a speckled colorway for the background with a coordinating semi-solid for the colorwork, neckline, hem, and cuffs.
Please note: The original sweater uses a third color for the neckline, hem, and cuffs. Our kit substitutes the colorwork shade for these sections.
KIT INCLUDES: KOKON BLEU Organic Merino Aran Yarn in Bleu Semi-Solid and Speckle in enough yarn for the size chosen. Drea Renee Knits Framed Pattern.
ADDITIONAL ITEMS NEEDED:
Main Fabric: US 7/4.5 mm - 32-40”/80-100 cm circular (2 sets for 3 Needle BO) and preferred needles for small circumference knitting for the sleeves.
Ribbing: US 5/3.75 mm - 32-40”/80-100 cm circular and preferred needles for small circumference knitting for cuffs and collar.
(Use the needle size you need to achieve gauge, going down two US sizes for the ribbing.)
Stitch markers (2), tapestry needle, spare needle, stitch holders or waste yarn to hold stitches
