The Elegante Wrap is the larger of Malabrigo's two 2026 holiday kits, made with Blue Sky Fibers and designed by Bobbi IntVeld. Five yarns, three from Malabrigo and two from Blue Sky, knit in bands of a zigzag that repeats every four rows, so once the first band is set the pattern is easy to keep in your head. Blocked, it's a long, light wrap, 81 In by 14 In, that drapes over the shoulders, wraps twice or ties.

What's in the box

  • Blue Sky Fibers Metalico in Turquoise: 50% baby alpaca, 50% silk, 50 grams, 147 yards
  • Malabrigo Silkpaca in Arco Iris: 70% baby alpaca, 30% mulberry silk, 50 grams, 420 yards
  • Malabrigo Mora in Lettuce: 100% mulberry silk, 50 grams, 225 yards
  • Malabrigo Caprino in Indiecita: 80% superfine merino, 20% cashmere, 50 grams, 164 yards
  • Blue Sky Fibers Prairie in Juniper: 53% suri alpaca, 47% baby huacaya alpaca, 50 grams, 273 yards
  • The Elegante Wrap pattern by Bobbi IntVeld

You'll also need a size 7 (4.5 mm) 32 In circular needle and a tapestry needle. The wrap is knit flat, and the circular holds all 435 stitches.
