Weave the Lattice Scarf
The Lattice Scarf Kit is a relaxed, confidence-building weave that produces a soft, drapey scarf with beautiful texture. Choose a classic plain weave or the open lattice structure, and watch the two yarns come together as you go.
This beginner-friendly kit pairs a chunky Merino/Viscose/Linen yarn with a fine New Zealand wool, giving the finished scarf a light, warm hand and an elegant drape. It makes a rewarding weekend project and a lovely handmade gift. The undyed yarns take Ashford Protein Dyes beautifully, so you can create your own colourway.
Ashford weaving kits are designed to work with the standard 7.5dpi reed included with the Rigid Heddle, SampleIt, and Knitters Looms. Each kit includes the yarn and clear, step-by-step instructions so you can complete a beautiful project with confidence.

• Warping and weaving instructions
• 100gm Ashford Merino/Viscose/Linen Chunky yarn
• 100gm Ashford 100% New Zealand Wool 4-ply (fingering)
Finished scarf size: 30cm (12 Inch) wide x 2m (79 Inch) long, excluding fringes
Loom required: 40cm (16 Inch) or wider rigid heddle loom with a 7.5dpi reed

A standard pair of socks usually takes 100g of fingering weight, while a hat takes about 100g of worsted.For Spinning Fiber, a standard 4oz braid will generally make a pair of socks or a hat.
