This is our most popular sweater-hoody pattern in the shop! This Wallaby Pattern has really achieved classic status and has a huge underground following! The hooded-or collared-and front pouch seamless sweater is knit from worsted weight yarn and circular needles. Size 2 to Super-size Adult. The Wonderful Wallaby Pattern was Copyrighted in 1984 and is in its 15th printing!
This pattern now comes in 2 different pattern booklets.
The Wonderful Wallaby for Kids
Updated with fifteen diagrams, this “next generation of the Wonderful Wallaby features a placket with button closures, built-in I-Cord edging, 2×2 ribbing, alternative yoke decreases and a shaped hood. Knitted in the round, worsted weight yarn, circular and dpn’s. Size 2-12 (23”-32” finished chest measurement)
The Wonderful Wallaby for Grown-Ups
Updated with fifteen diagrams, this “next generation” features a placket and button closure, built-in I-Cord edging, 2×2 ribbing, alternative yoke decreases and a shaped hood. Knitted in the round, worsted weight yarn, circular and dpn’s 5 sizes: Petite through Super-size Adult (34” – 52” finished chest measurement)
