Character Study:

General Guppy is a large dog with a short leash and little bark, stationed on the border of Ultra Soft Angora and the Merino Basin. He is a glutton for fine croissants and barrel aged whiskey. Guppy’s slurs will often fill the drinking hall with loud exclamations of his love for women and the importance of male dominance. His past is dark and when questioned about certain acts of duty, he simply responds that he was following orders. Being the hound to power hungry men has a long-lasting effect on the morality and dignity of greedy men.
He is constant shadow to Governor Gold and escorts him on his yacht excursions with the Maharaj. Gold’s right-hand man, he’s not afraid to get his hands dirty for his boss. Guppy’s greatest weakness, next to a fine bottle of scotch, is fine women. This flaw gets him into trouble when he falls prey to the cunning of the Sister and Duchess. Prideful and arrogant, he begins divulging government and personal secrets after partaking in one, or five, too many drinks poured by the Sister.
