Character Study:
Lady Lovegood is adored by all and the youngest member of this elite group. Always a favorite at court, she is of the highest social class, although it is a mystery as to how she came to her title. A halo of fine feathers, pearls, and exquisite lace grace Lovegood as she flits from room to room of her mansion, entertaining her many guests and beaus. Infatuated with the silver screen from a young age, she has a deep love for Starlight and fashions herself after her extravagant appearance.
Although she may appear sweet and innocent, she will not cower in the face of injustice and will always stand up for her beliefs. A constant thorn in the Duchess’ side, Lovegood is often the forerunner of new fashion trends and has repeatedly thwarted Dragonstone’s schemes. Her beliefs of love and equality stem from her education from the eccentric Fraulein during her years of studying abroad as a girl. Always on the lookout for the next fashion trend, she has had her eye on Starlight’s aesthetic since rising in the fashion world. No one is quite certain of her parentage, although clearly, she comes from a high-class society. Her affinity for all things glitz and glamour and natural leadership abilities, as well as the comments from the servants about her truly being a “Golden-child,” has given her some suspicions as to her overseas parents.
