Driftwood Shawl is a cozy, asymmetrical triangular shawl featuring the beautifully textured fisherman’s rib stitch. Designed with beginners in mind, this pattern creates a soft, squishy fabric with plenty of depth and stretch. The rhythmic increases shape the shawl into a modern, wearable silhouette, perfect for layering on chilly days.

2 balls of Nako Hercai and the Driftwood Shawl by Marielle Zatar Pattern
Items Needed:
Needles US10 {6.0mm} needles (or other size needed to obtain gauge). One stitch marker, tapestry needle to weave in ends.
Techniques: Knitting, Purling, Increases, long tail cast on, bind off.
Gauge: 11 sts & 14 rows= 4” {10cm} measured before blocking,
knitted flat in fisherman’s rib stitch.
The sample is shown in the color 28049.
