The Louet Erica is a compact, travel-friendly table loom that packs the features of a full-size loom into a small, affordable package. It's a natural next step up from a rigid heddle loom, easier to operate, with more even warp tension, a larger shed, and the ability to weave more complex patterns than a rigid heddle allows. The loom folds flat even with a warp on and collapses to just 16cm deep, making it easy to pack up for classes, weaving groups, or tuck away between sessions.

Available in 30cm (11 3/4 inch) and 50cm (19 3/4 inch) widths, the Erica comes standard with 2 shafts. It's built from unlacquered beech and laminated birch, which you can leave natural or finish to your preference. The swinging beater ensures consistent, parallel motion, and warp tension is managed by the same metal ratchet and pawl system found on Louet's premium Jane loom. The metal construction and built-in magnet keep the pawl secure and reliable for years of weaving, holding firmly in place even when the loom is folded for transport.
