Named after the Norwegian word for happiness, LYKKE Crafts combine high quality materials and thoughtful design to produce beautiful, durable, happy-making knitting needles and crochet hooks.
Each package of double pointed needles includes five needles.Â
Our beautiful needles and hooks are handcrafted and assembled in a scenic region of Kathmandu, Nepal. Our production routines do not rely on mechanized automation. Instead, our products benefit from the skilled and graceful human touch of our skilled Nepalese craftspeople.
As global demand is increasing for our products, this community of skilled workers is growing too, expanding our output capacity.
We are happy and proud to support the growth and development of the local economy in Nepal. Revenue from the sale of LYKKE Crafts products also serves to Make Happy in that community through varied benefit programs for the workers, their children, and the community.

For Yarn, check your pattern's yardage requirements. A standard pair of socks usually takes 100g of fingering weight, while a hat takes about 100g of worsted.For Spinning Fiber, a standard 4oz braid will generally make a pair of socks or a hat.
