This refined English breed has a sheen like mohair and is artfully blended with fine kid mohair to create a soft, lustrous fiber. Comprising 70% Blue Faced Leicester and 30% kid mohair, it features a staple length of 3–3.5 inches and a micron range of 24–28. Combining the best qualities of both fibers, this roving is expertly carded for a smooth blend. Highlighted as our Fiber of the Month in May 2016, it spins and drafts easily, making it an ideal choice for spinners of all skill levels.
