What’s the Stitch About Knitting Machines?
Let's talk about knitting machines! What are they, how do they work, and does it count as hand crafting if you use one? Why choose a knitting machine vs knitting by hand?
This custom blend is a special with a special price just for you!
The blend is:
50% Superwash 23 micron Merino
25% Fine Denier Nylon
12.5% White Baby Alpaca
and
12.5% Tussah Silk
Although it is most obviously a sock blend, I can think of many other projects that it would lend itself to.
The blend takes dye like a champ and the alpaca and silk add luster, luxury and durability to the spun yarn.
While the merino is superwash, this is not a superwash product. hand wash/lay flat to dry.
