• Any & all information you provide may be sent to Kromski to ensure you receive the parts you need.
• Adding this does not ensure you will receive a placement, if we cannot assist you, the 5$ & shipping will be refunded.
• You may need to contact us separately if we do not reach out first regarding what part specifically is damaged or in need of replacement. You may do this through email at [email protected] or a call after placing your order with 509-536-7746 (SPIN)
• Please include your Order number (or have it on hand if you call) if you reach out first so we know which order needs what parts.
• We will need pictures as proof of damage, as well as possible proof of purchase.
• If your item is out of warranty, we may need to charge you for the replacement.

• It is not always possible to source replacement parts for older items, but it's worth a shot!
• If your part is under warranty, and requires no purchase from us, we will refund you the 5$ charge & shipping to get your replacement.
