    If you need replacement parts for your Kromski Wheel or Loom, such as a wheel maiden, various handles, etc. of various finishes, please add this to your cart and we will reach out to assist! If your product is still under warranty from Kromski it will most likely be drop-shipped within one-two weeks.

    • Please include your Order number (or have it on hand if you call) if you reach out first so we know which order needs what parts.
    • We will need pictures as proof of damage, as well as possible proof of purchase.
    • If your item is out of warranty, we may need to charge you for the replacement.
    • It is not always possible to source replacement parts for older items, but it's worth a shot!
    • Kromski will need to dropship any replacement parts that are not available to purchase seperately, please allow a minimum of two weeks to ensure it arrives to you.
    • If your part is under warranty, and requires no purchase from us, we will refund you the 5$ charge & shipping to get your replacement.
    • This charge is simply to disallow egregious orders and to prevent an overwhelming amount of replacement orders.
    • We require shipping to ensure you enter in an address for the parts you require.
