Sectional warping without a tension regulator or bobbin rack. Wind a short warp chain for each section, the width of the section, on your warping board or mill. The raddle ties to the back beam above the section with a Texsolv cord and is locked in place by the wedge, the cross holder keeps the cross in order, and a weight hung from the chain sets the tension as you beam it on. Use the same weight for every section.
It works for sections of 2, 4, 6 or 8 cm, or 1, 2 or 3 inches. The raddle has 2 openings per cm or 5 per inch. It's also the easier route when your color changes don't line up with the sections.
Includes a cross holder, raddle, wedge and cords. The weight isn't included. It goes with the sectional warp kit for your loom.

A standard pair of socks usually takes 100g of fingering weight, while a hat takes about 100g of worsted.For Spinning Fiber, a standard 4oz braid will generally make a pair of socks or a hat.
