What’s the Stitch About Knitting Machines?
Let's talk about knitting machines! What are they, how do they work, and does it count as hand crafting if you use one? Why choose a knitting machine vs knitting by hand?
Cowl:
Knit up in squishy garter stitch stripes, Prisma Loop is an infinity scarf that can be worn wrapped double. Looking at the bars of gradient color I can’t help but think back on the crayons and colored pencils of my youth. I was meticulous about keeping them laid out in chromatic order!
The scarf is knit flat and grafted, matching colors to make a seamless loop. The edging is worked on picked up stitches and knit in the round. Choose from a simple garter stitch edge, or a fanciful and very stretchy eyelet with picot edge.

Contrasting or gradient color: 230 yards
(One skein of Knit Picks Chroma has four color repeats: Use two for the loop, and two for matching the stripes on Prisma Mitts)
