The Schacht Bulky Spinning Wheel Bobbin in cherry holds about 8 oz of fiber, double the capacity of the Standard and Travel Bobbins. Hard cherry whorls on either end with a hand-rubbed Danish oil finish, plastic central core for durability, made in Boulder, Colorado. Built to coordinate with the Cherry Bulky Plyer Flyer Package, the natural finishing piece for a fully-cherry Schacht setup.
The Bulky Bobbin only fits on the Bulky Plyer Flyer Package, which is required to spin or ply with it. Cherry Bulky Plyer Flyers are made for the Matchless and Ladybug; for the Sidekick or Flatiron, the maple Bulky Bobbin is the match.
Also fits on both the Industrious Collapsible Lazy Kate and the Ladybug Lazy Kate for plying.
