The Schacht Bulky Spinning Wheel Bobbin holds about 8 oz of fiber, double the capacity of the Standard and Travel Bobbins. It's the bobbin to reach for when plying long skeins, working chunky yarn, or running art yarn through the wheel without stopping to wind off. Hard maple whorls on either end with a hand-rubbed Danish oil finish, plastic central core for durability, made in Boulder, Colorado.
The Bulky Bobbin only fits on the wheel-specific Bulky Plyer Flyer Package, which is required to spin or ply with it. Each wheel (Sidekick, Ladybug, Flatiron, Matchless) has its own Bulky Plyer Flyer; the Bulky Bobbin itself fits any of them.
Also fits on both the Industrious Collapsible Lazy Kate and the Ladybug Lazy Kate for plying.
