For the weaver for whom limited space doesn't mean limited options. The LeClerc Artisat Floor Loom is a wide, solid loom that gets the job done while still folding to a relatively small depth. Even the weight has been reduced to a minimum while still leaving the loom sturdy enough for some heavy work.

Available in 4 and 8 shaft options, the Artisat is good loom for projects of any level of complexity. With an easily accessible shed, and at least 6 treadles, the Artisat permits any combination of tie-ups.

4 Shaft Jack Version:
The basic Artisat Jack loom has 4 shafts and either 6 front mounted treadles. The 4 shaft model can be upgraded to an 8 shaft loom with or without Back-Hinge Treadles at a later date. The loom uses a conventional system of Jacks and Lams and produces a very large shed while folding down to a narrow 14 inch depth while not being used.

8 Shaft Jack Version:
The Artisat 8 shaft loom has 10 front mounted treadles and also folds to a narrow 17 inch depth when not in use. The 8 shaft can be upgraded to Back-Hinge Treadles at a later date. The loom uses a conventional system of Jacks and Lams.

8 Shaft Jack BHT Version:
The new design features the Treadles anchored at the rear of the Loom, with a new, unique, Rocker mechanism that insures even tension on all Treadle Cords with the Treadles in both the rest or depressed position. This new design provides the weaver with the ease of Leg Treadling multi Shaft designs, comparable to  that of a 4 shaft. In addition, a wide , clean shed is obtained on all Shafts.  By following a new procedure, the new Treadle design retains the folding feature designed into the original Artisat.

The perfect foldable floor loom for any weaving project, add the Artisat to your arsenal today!
