The Leclerc Voyageur 15 ¾″ Table Loom delivers full multi-shaft weaving power in a portable frame! Built for workshops and travel, it folds neatly while maintaining the solid construction and smooth action Leclerc is known for.
Choose 4 to 12 shafts to match your project needs. Heddles come in Metal or Texsolv, and you can upgrade or switch later as your weaving style evolves. For the beater, select the standard underslung design or the optional swinging beater for a more consistent, perpendicular beat.
Every loom includes a 12-dent stainless steel reed, shuttle, lease sticks, heddle/reed hook, loop cords, and the “Warp & Weave” guide. All packages also feature a sturdy denim carry bag, making it easy to bring your loom to classes or guild meetings.

Questions about the Voyageur 15¾"
How many shafts should I choose?
Four shafts weave plain weave, twills, overshot and most beginner drafts. Eight shafts open up far more patterns, such as advancing twills and block weaves. Twelve shafts are for complex patterning. The 4 shaft is the lightest and most compact for travel.
Inserted eye (metal) or Texsolv heddles?
Metal inserted-eye heddles are durable and slide easily. Texsolv polyester heddles are quiet, lightweight and gentle on fine or fragile warps. You can change later.
What is the swinging beater?
The optional swinging beater hangs from above and meets the fell of the cloth at a consistent, perpendicular angle, which some weavers find gives a more even beat than the standard underslung beater.
Does it fold for travel?
Yes. It folds for transport, and every package includes a denim carry bag. The 4 shaft folds to 13 x 9 x 20 inches and weighs 16½ lb.

A standard pair of socks usually takes 100g of fingering weight, while a hat takes about 100g of worsted.For Spinning Fiber, a standard 4oz braid will generally make a pair of socks or a hat.
