Louet Jane Table Loom & Accessories

The Louet Jane is the portable folding multishaft table loom designed by Jan Louet after consulting weaver Jane Stafford. Cord-over-roller construction, an overhead beater, and a built-in raddle ship standard across all widths and shaft configurations. Browse the full Jane line and matching accessories below.

Choosing a Jane

Three weaving widths cover the range: 19-3/4 In (50 cm) is the most portable Jane and the only one with a built-in carrying handle, 27-1/2 In (70 cm) is the standard production width for scarves and shawls, and 35-1/2 In (90 cm) is the widest Jane and the right size for full-width fabric and yardage. Each width is available in 8-shaft expandable and 16-shaft configurations. The 8-shaft expandable ships with eight shafts and accepts a Louet extension kit to take it to sixteen; the 16-shaft Jane ships with sixteen shafts already installed plus a built-in shuttle race.

Accessories

The Jane floor stand, second warp beam, extension kits, shuttle race kits, carrying bags, and replacement heddles are all sized to the loom width. The Louet Loom Bench is universal and fits the Jane along with other Louet table and floor looms. Watch the variant selectors on accessory pages to match the width to your loom.
