Ideal for classrooms and beginners, it makes learning to weave enjoyable and straightforward. This delightful little loom is an excellent gift for anyone starting their weaving journey. Everyone can create beautiful weaves with this versatile loom. Please note, this Loom is unfinished. Ashford suggests finishing BEFORE assembly. We carry Wax Polish Here!

The loom is made from beautiful Solid Natural Silver Beech Timber and has strong handles, ratchets and clicker pawls so your warp never unwinds unintentionally!
The 25cm (10in) weaving width allows you to sample all your favorite rigid heddle patterns, textures and colors. Weave scarves, fabric and more!
Also available are 2.5, 5, 10, 12.5 and 15 dpi (10, 20, 40, 50 and 60/10cm) reeds so you can weave fine to textured yarns.

For Yarn, check your pattern's yardage requirements. A standard pair of socks usually takes 100g of fingering weight, while a hat takes about 100g of worsted.For Spinning Fiber, a standard 4oz braid will generally make a pair of socks or a hat. For larger garments like sweaters, you will likely need 1.5 to 2 lbs of fiber.Still unsure? Send us your project details! We are happy to do the math for you to ensure you don't run short.
