Majacraft Suzie Professional Spinning Wheel

The Suzie Pro covers the full range of spinning weights straight out of the box, and with its deep Majacraft Green drive wheel it's one of the most visually distinctive wheels in the lineup. It builds on the well-proven Suzie with a fuller set of included tools and a finish that sets it apart from the natural wood of the rest of the range.

The drive wheel is a solid MDF disc finished in Majacraft Green. That finish is not a quick spray job: two undercoats are applied and sanded before a final topcoat of two-pot paint, producing a surface that is both smooth and genuinely durable. The deep green against the natural Rimu makes for a wheel that's as pleasing to look at as it is to spin on.

Where the standard Suzie ships with a single flyer, the Suzie Pro includes two. The Standard Delta Flyer handles everyday spinning across a wide range of yarn weights, while the E-Flyer brings ceramic inserts to the orifice, guides, and hook for noticeably reduced friction at finer counts. Both flyers are ready to use from the box. The wheel also includes two pulleys: the standard Suzie Pulley covering five ratios from 4.1:1 to 13.8:1, and the High Speed Pulley adding four higher ratios up to 21.3:1, making laceweight and finer spinning more efficient without a separate accessory purchase.

A pair of bobbin storage slots is built directly into the wheel body, keeping spares within reach without a separate lazy kate. New Zealand Rimu throughout the frame, sealed roller bearings, and a polycord drive band round out the construction.

For spinners who want to push further, the optional High Speed Head extends the top ratio to 28:1. Colour customisation of the drive wheel is available direct through Majacraft.
