Replacement drive bands for SpinOlution Bee travel spinning wheels. Bands are a wear part and are not covered by the SpinOlution one year warranty.
Order by whorl, not just by wheel. Each whorl generation runs a slightly different pulley, so the band length follows the whorl your wheel actually has. The 2026 birch-tone whorl is 3D printed like the black one and runs the same ratios, so it takes the black band and not the wood band.
The Bee is an accelerator wheel, which is why it takes two bands. Your treadles turn the left wheel, that wheel drives the right one, and the right one drives the flyer.
- Lower Band runs between the two lower wheels, drive wheel to accelerator. Its position sets your ratio range.
- Upper Band runs from the accelerator up to the flyer head. Its position fine-tunes within that range.
- Tiny Band fits early production Bee wheels only.
- Treadle Hub Band holds the treadle hub closed on its bearings. This is the one to order if your treadle knocks.

A standard pair of socks usually takes 100g of fingering weight, while a hat takes about 100g of worsted.For Spinning Fiber, a standard 4oz braid will generally make a pair of socks or a hat.
